CW:160 (I feel bad about this but I have been under soooo much stress lately that I don’t want to be too hard on myself for the slip up)
GW1: 155 - Dior Diorshow mascara

GW4:140: MAC foundation
UGW:128: a new complete outfit (go out and spend up to $200 and don’t feel bad about it after all this work you deserve it)
I got down to a really ideal weight for me 140lbs… I worked really hard running and watching what I ate, but over the last 2 and a half months I have had a lot going on in my life. I have had to leave my job for a month to go to Scotland to take care of my seriously ill grandma and take care of my grandpa and the household.
I have also been under some stress in my relationship with my boyfriend and had some family drama regarding my brother.
all this extra stress and lack of time and motivation has led me to gain around 15 lbs.
I’m not happy where I am and have to get back to the healthy lifestyle that I had. I won’t be going back to America for another 3 weeks so it will be hard for me to get into a routine by then because my days here are so busy. Im just so down about the whole thing.
I WILL get healthy again. I WILL lose more weight. I WILL get back into a happy routine!!! I just have to be motivated
