went kind of down hill on days three and four. I have midterms at law school and am super stressed… which results in me eating shit. It will all be over soon though. Last midterm tomorrow in contract law … wish me luck.
Went well again today! I was a little over my calorie goal but not much. I am starting to lose weight again already and it is only day 2! Feeling motivated!
Haven’t posted in a long time. Sorry about the shitty quality. Before photo was taken about 6 months ago and I weighed 148lbs. The picture on the left is during, taken yesterday, and I weigh about 137lbs. Not a lot of weight difference, but I dunno. Persistent clean eating is key xxxxx
Finally I beginning to lose weight again! I’m finally getting the law school routine and my healthy eating/exercising routine in line with one another. It’s all about balance people!
My law school has a bitchin fitness center included in tuition! After orientation tomorrow I am going to get my workout on!
can’t wait until Autumn!
It is embarrassing to admit how far I have fallen, but it is the best way to motivate myself.
The weight that I have gained is really getting obvious… my pants are getting tight. On the bright side i am getting back into the habit of running and am being more disciplined about my diet so it should come back off fast.
It’s sad… I got into law school and got almost a full ride scholarship… but I still don’t feel very good/confident about myself. My sense of self-worth comes largely from my weight and how I look. I have gained some weight lately (work, new birth control, loss of motivation) and it is bringing me down.
I need to remind myself that I am more than what I weigh.
I also need to get back on the wagon… I have a half marathon in less than a month and I am feeling less than prepared.
