July is off to a great start!!

Just got done with the best workout I have had in a while…. AND my eating has been super healthy and clean so far today. It feels so good.

It is embarrassing to admit how far I have fallen, but it is the best way to motivate myself.

Weight gain.

The weight that I have gained is really getting obvious… my pants are getting tight. On the bright side i am getting back into the habit of running and am being more disciplined about my diet so it should come back off fast.

Back to the USA tomorrow

I am going home tomorrow. My boyfriend is picking me up at the airport and we are going to spend 2 nights in the cities shopping and celebrating my birthday and a belated valentines day. I am going to enjoy myself because after the last 2 months I have had I deserve it. I am not going to worry about food for the time in the city, but when I get home it is down to business.

I’m Having A Rough Time

I got down to a really ideal weight for me 140lbs… I worked really hard running and watching what I ate, but over the last 2 and a half months I have had a lot going on in my life. I have had to leave my job for a month to go to Scotland to take care of my seriously ill grandma and take care of my grandpa and the household. 

I have also been under some stress in my relationship with my boyfriend and had some family drama regarding my brother.

all this extra stress and lack of time and motivation has led me to gain around 15 lbs. 

I’m not happy where I am and have to get back to the healthy lifestyle that I had. I won’t be going back to America for another 3 weeks so it will be hard for me to get into a routine by then because my days here are so busy. Im just so down about the whole thing. 

I WILL get healthy again. I WILL lose more weight. I WILL get back into a happy routine!!! I just have to be motivated
